Private family safari

Traveling in the company of those we love in one of the best things we can do

Experience Overview

We take our own family on safari adventures, so we know how to design an African holiday that will be remembered for all the right reasons. Our favorite family safaris mix traditional wildlife watching in malaria-free locations with family beach resorts on beautiful beaches.
Whatever place you select, we’ll make sure your trip includes tried-and-true family lodging, as well as lots of outdoor fun and age-appropriate activities for everyone.
We believe in safe, professionally managed family travel that is suited to your family’s specific interests. Whether you like beach resorts or residential villas, privately led safaris or a family road trip, our travel professionals will tailor-make your family safari.

Day 2- 3

Catch a flight from Nairobi to Nanyuki and Transfer to you to kicheche camp.

An eco-award-winning modest deluxe tented camp set at the foot of an indigenous woodland overlooking a waterhole in the shadows of Mount Kenya. The camp’s squeaky green safari style blends elegantly and sensitively with the natural highs of Ol Pejeta’s wilderness zone.

The camp is located in the conservancy’s low vehicle density wilderness zone, making animal watching a particularly peaceful and gratifying pastime. This is not only East Africa’s largest black rhino sanctuary, but there is also elephant, lion, cheetah, and plentiful plains game to be observed. The Ol Pejeta Conservancy also allows night wildlife drives that focus on animals that are rarely observed during ordinary day drives.

You will visit the Morani Center and the endangered species enclosure with the only remaining Northern White Rhinos on the earth, the chimp sanctuary, and the anti-poaching dogs while at Ol Pejeta. Canoeing, horseback riding, mountain biking, and woodland hikes are available for more energetic tourists.
