Maji Villa is divided into three levels: the bottom floor has a huge terrace overlooking the infinity pool, two bedrooms with baths, a guest bathroom, a kitchen and laundry facilities. On the first level, there is a sea-view patio and two large, bright bedrooms with bathrooms. The third floor contains a massage room and relaxation space with a unique perspective of the environment. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

50% deposit shall be paid upon reservation
50% balance 30 days before check in date
Last minute booking, full payment required upon reservation.
 

CHECK IN / OUT TIME

Check in time: from 2:30PM              

Check out time: by 10:00AM

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

Since accommodation is paid for before arrival in full duration of the stay, no monies will be reimbursed to clients checking out before scheduled departure dates as per the initial booking.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY

Late check out comes at an extra charge equivalent to 50% of the daily rate and is subject to availability. This to be confirmed and agreed in advance.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• Any payment made that is not in the quoted currency must have the exchange rate agreed in advance.
  Booking / reservation will be confirmed only upon receiving the advance payment.

  Any bank transfers will be confirmed by email and only the received sum which reflects on the account will be credited to the booking. Any charges made by either the sending or receiving bank within the transfer are costs of the client. Proof of receipt can be supplied to show exact funds received
• 
  Please provide passports of clients to be accommodated in the Villa for registration purposes. The management does / will not allow sleeping any other persons into the Villa apart from those registered. This clause is mandatory in compliance with Kenyan law
