EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

Since accommodation is paid for before arrival in full duration of the stay, no monies will be reimbursed to clients checking out before scheduled departure dates as per the initial booking.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY

Late check out comes at an extra charge of the daily rate and is subject to availability. This to be confirmed and agreed in advance. However a late check out can be granted depending on the availability of the villa.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• Any payment made that is not in the quoted currency must have the exchange rate agreed in advance.
  Booking / reservation will be confirmed only upon receiving the advance payment.
• 
  Any bank transfers will be confirmed by email and only the received sum which reflects on the account will be credited to the booking. Any charges made by either the sending or receiving bank within the transfer are costs of the client. Proof of receipt can be supplied to show exact funds received
• 
  Please provide passports of clients to be accommodated in the Villa for registration purposes. The management does / will not allow sleeping any other persons into the Villa apart from those registered. This clause is mandatory in compliance with Kenyan law
• The owners require all adult guests to sign an indemnity / disclaimer form on arrival
• The swimming pool is unfenced. Children must be closely supervised around the pool by an adult guest and should never be left unattended in any part of the property at any time.
